2. Product Use
2.1 License:
Upon purchasing any product from OTSolutions, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, copy, or use the product for any commercial purposes without our express written permission.
2.2 Activation:
The software products will require activation via a license key, and once activated, the product is considered used. As per EU law, once the product has been activated or downloaded, you lose the right to request a refund, unless the product is faulty.
3. Subscription Services
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions:
If you have purchased a monthly subscription or recurring service, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, unless you cancel it before the next billing period. You will be notified of any changes to subscription fees or billing terms before the next renewal.
3.2 Subscription Cancellations:
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account page. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the subsequent period.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
4.1 Digital Products:
All sales of digital products, including software licenses, indicators, strategies, and subscriptions, are final. However, if you have not yet activated or downloaded the product, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
4.2 Activation and Refund Waiver:
Once the software has been activated or downloaded, the right to a refund is waived, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive for digital goods.
4.3 Subscription Refunds:
Subscriptions cannot be refunded for the current period. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the product for the remainder of the billing cycle but will not receive a refund for the unused portion.
5. Customer Responsibility
5.1 Experience and Understanding:
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary experience and understanding of trading before using our products. We recommend using demo accounts and thoroughly testing all tools before applying them to live trading with real funds.
6. Limitations of Liability
6.1 No Liability for Losses:
OTSolutions shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or financial loss, arising from the use of the products. The customer assumes full responsibility for their trading decisions and actions.

All content on this website, including software, documentation, and marketing materials, is protected by copyright and is owned by OTSolutions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use the materials without our express written permission.
8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Denmark.
