1. Digital Products (Software, Indicators, Strategies)

1.1 No Refunds After Activation:
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. However, if you have not yet activated or downloaded the product, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

1.2 Activation Waiver:
Once the software has been activated or downloaded, you forfeit the right to a refund, as the product has been delivered and is considered fully used.

2. Subscription Services

2.1 Subscription Cancellations:
If you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the subsequent period. However, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the product for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.

2.2 Free Trial:
If you are on a free trial, no charges will be applied during the trial period. After the trial period ends, you will need to purchase a license or subscription to continue usage.
